TRONDHEIM CULTURE NIGHT
13. th. of September at Brukom, Styrmannsgata 6 (Nyhavna)
Exhibition and Workshop
At Trondheim Culture night I will host two events, both at Brukom.
The exhibition will show brand new photos and some previous work. At 6 pm I will have a small talk about the project Garbage Kills Us Make It Sweet.
I will also have a free workshop, for children and adults, sponsored by Brukom and Trondheim kommune. Here you can make your own trashpictures, for free.
There will be several activities at Brukom:
17.30: Become familiar with the trolls of Trollheimen! Meet the troll researchers from Home of the Trolls, the only research institute for trolls in the world. You will learn about their secrets and how they take care of the nature. Maybe you would like to see how a troll detector works?
Kick off of the annual volunteer week of "Strandryddeuka 2024", where the whole of Norway participates in picking up waste in nature. Everyone who has registered their campaing in ryddenorge.no, can pick up free cleaning equipment from Hold Midt-Norge Rent at BrukOm.
Campfire outside
Barnas Turlag Trondheim teaches outdoor games that do not require material things, and talks about their activities.
They offer marshmallows you can heat on reusable barbeque skewers.
